We strictly use your information to facilitate the services you have requested from us:

• To process international visa applications and obtain foreign Ministry approvals (e.g., Schengen region, North Africa, Indian Ocean).
• To submit candidate profiles to our global hospitality and infrastructure partners for placement.
• To manage B2B freeze-dried food sourcing requests, generate quotes, and manage shipping logistics.
• To communicate securely via email or WhatsApp regarding your application or order status.

3. Data Sharing and Security

JM Consultancy acts as a legal concierge. As such, we must share your documentation with third parties, including foreign government ministries, immigration departments (such as VFS), and prospective employers. We do not sell your personal data to marketing agencies. We implement standard digital security measures to ensure your uploaded documents are kept confidential and are only accessed by authorized personnel.

Part II: Terms of Service

1. Placement & Internship Services

By applying for an international placement or internship through JM Consultancy, you agree to the following terms:

• Registration Fees: A token registration amount is collected at the time of enrolment. This amount is fully refundable in the specific event of a visa rejection or the non-issuance of an offer letter by the employer.
• Non-Refundable Condition: The registration fee and subsequent processing fees become strictly non-refundable once the placement or internship is confirmed, ministry approval is obtained, and the candidate proceeds.
• Candidate Conduct: JM Consultancy facilitates legal entry and employment. Any form of misconduct, illegal activity, or violation of the host country's laws by the candidate may result in immediate deportation at the candidate's own expense. JM Consultancy bears no liability for candidate conduct post-placement.
• Timelines & Salaries: All timelines (e.g., 45 days, 90 days) and salaries listed in our brochures and website are indicative. Final timelines depend heavily on government ministry processing speeds, and final salaries are explicitly confirmed in your signed employment contract.

2. JM Hospitality Supply Chain (Sourcing)

By engaging JM Hospitality for B2B food sourcing, you agree to the following:

• Product Specifications: All freeze-dried products are processed to retain maximum nutritional value. While shelf-life is rated up to 12+ months, storage conditions at the destination facility must comply with standard ambient guidelines.
• Logistics & Freight: Unless explicitly stated in a bespoke procurement contract, JM Hospitality handles origin sourcing. Freight, customs duties, and import taxes at the destination country are the responsibility of the purchasing party.

3. Limitation of Liability

JM Consultancy and its divisions act as facilitators. We are not liable for changes in foreign immigration laws, sudden visa quota closures, geopolitical events, or shipping delays caused by international freight carriers. Our maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the professional service fees directly paid to us by the client.
